I draw from 20 years of leadership experience as a former Officer in the U.S. Army, a Leader for a Fortune 100 Company, and a Senior Leader in the Government Sector.

 Having spent time researching leadership behaviors and team dynamics in organizations, I pull in the latest science from the field of organizational behavior, leadership, and team dynamics in order to provide evidence-based solutions for you.

My Story

My journey to becoming a leader & team development practitioner has taken me from being an organizational leader to bringing out the best in organizational leaders. I have gained hard earned experience in the military and commercial industries and have relentlessly pursued furthering my education. The knowledge acquired and experience I’ve gained combined with my desire to serve others and help bring out your best have led me to where I am today. I want to be your development coach to help you reach your full potential so we can all be successful together.

I have changed organizations and have changed teams within the same organization. I understand the pressure that driven leaders put on themselves to get up and running and perform in their role.

I know what works well when building high performing teams… and I know what doesn’t when you only focus on the numbers. Through this experience I have helped dozens of leaders & teams unlock their full potential and increase team performance.
