Introduction to Concepts
The Program will begin with identifying your current pain points, diving into concepts, and providing explanations for systems and frameworks that work!
Through experiential learning activities you will have an opportunity to practice your newly acquired skills in a safe & fun environment. Experiential learning has be shown to take retention of knowledge from ~20% to ~85%
We will conduct an After Action Review to provide an opportunity for group coaching. You will come away with valuable insights on what is working and who you are becoming along the way as a team leader.
Session 1: Time Management
We dive into your pain points with time management and introduce you to three systems to help you prioritize and open/close your day so you can stay in control, focus on meaningful work, and be intentional with where your time goes.
Session 2: Time Trial! Activity
You will split into teams and get the opportunity to put your newly acquired abilities to work! After the activity we will debrief to draw conclusions and correlations on how prioritization and team work can be taken back to work with you.
Session 3: Group Coaching
We take the opportunity to explore what is working, what needs clarity, and how you are applying your time management systems. The After Action Review process allows us to check in with the group, learn from each other, and strengthen any points that may not be clear.
Session 4: Clarity in Conversations
We dive into your pain points with difficult conversations and introduce you to three frameworks to apply when resolving conflict or poor performance so you can be prepared, actively listen, deliver your message with clarity, and get back on track.
Session 5: Communication Activity
You will split into small groups and have the opportunity to use your new frameworks in a psychologically safe environment. After the activity we will debrief to draw conclusions and correlations on how to prepare, execute, and follow up on difficult conversations so you are confident and ready!
Session 6: Group Coaching
We take the opportunity to explore what is working, what needs clarity, and how you are applying your frameworks for difficult conversations. The After Action Review process allows us to check in with the group, learn from each other, and strengthen any points that may not be clear. We will also CELEBRATE the completion of our program!
